mentorship. Our mission is to equip and empower the young minds of our community, ensuring they have the opportunity to become productive and successful individuals. To date, we have assisted over 200 children with school supplies, provided laptops and tablets to more than 10 students, and supported over 15 youths with tuition fees. Our vision is to foster a better-educated society where every child has the chance to succeed and make a positive impact on their community. Together, we are committed to creating a brighter future for the next generation.

Encouraging Tomorrow’s Youth Foundation Inc. was founded in 2021 by Andrae Richards, who intimately understands the struggles of growing up in Jamaica with limited resources for education. Officially registered in 2023, our foundation is dedicated to bridging the gap for less fortunate youths by providing essential school supplies, tuition assistance, medical support, and mentorship. Our mission is to equip and empower the young minds of our community, ensuring they have the opportunity to become productive and successful individuals. At Encouraging Tomorrow's Youth Foundation Inc., our mission is to equip and empower the less fortunate youths of our communities by providing them with the essential tools and resources needed for their education. We are dedicated to ensuring that every child has access to school supplies, tuition assistance, medical support, and mentorship. Our goal is to create opportunities for these young individuals to become productive, successful, and impactful members of society, fostering a brighter and more educated future for all.
